RESERVATIONS & RESCHEDULING
All payments are final and non-refundable but transferable with approval from management. Excursion and night tour funds can be transferred with no penalties to future date(s) if our office is informed of cancellation and rescheduling at least 15 days prior to originally scheduled departure date. Rescheduling date needs to take place within 20 days of the originally scheduled departure date.
This does not apply to private dinner yacht charters, Holidays or special events in which all payments are final and non-refundable. A varying deposit upon manager approval is required in order to secure a reservation for any vessels selected. The remaining balance is due in cleared funds 15 days before the departure date unless approved by a manager.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in US funds or DOP, by cash, Paypal and wire transfers
Major credit cards accepted: Visa, and MasterCard.
CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER PROVISION
In the event of extreme weather such as a hurricane, lightning storm or tornado where it is a danger to be on the water, the owner reserves the right to reschedule the charter at no additional fee. All payments are final and nonrefundable. The Captain has the final decision in determining if a boat must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling.
POLICIES
Bandozinc reserves the right to change this policy at any time. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party. DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER LEGAL CLARIFICATIONS
The boats, yachts, private jets and cars displayed by Bandozinc are owned by private individuals or charter companies and not by Bandozinc.com. The vessels and their images and specifications are displayed with the owners’ permission.
All boat contracts or agreements are prepared in accordance with the formats provided by the individual owners of the vessels or their legal representatives. Each boat contract or agreement will be between the vessel owner or his representative and the client or the client’s authorized representative. Bandozinc is not an agent for the owner but acts as an authorized affiliate and connector to bring services and customers together.
Each vessel’s specification, water toy inventory, pricing, food menus and crew information, where applicable, that are displayed on this website are provided by the owners of the vessels.
Although Bandozinc does the utmost to stay current and display the latest available information, the company cannot be held responsible for failure on the part of the owners or their representatives to update us with changes and therefore cannot guarantee its complete accuracy at all times

RESERVAS Y REPROGRAMACIÓN
Todos los pagos son finales y no reembolsables pero transferibles con la aprobación de la gerencia. Los fondos de excursiones y recorridos nocturnos pueden transferirse sin penalización a fechas futuras si nuestra oficina es informada de la cancelación y reprogramación al menos 15 días antes de la fecha de salida programada originalmente. La fecha de reprogramación debe tener lugar dentro de los 20 días posteriores a la fecha de salida programada originalmente.
Esto no se aplica a los alquileres de yates con cena privada, días festivos o eventos especiales en los que todos los pagos son finales y no reembolsables. Se requiere un depósito variable con la aprobación del gerente para asegurar una reserva para cualquier embarcación seleccionada. El saldo restante debe pagarse en fondos liquidados 15 días antes de la fecha de salida, a menos que lo apruebe un gerente.

En el caso de condiciones climáticas extremas, como huracanes, tormentas eléctricas o tornados, donde es un peligro estar en el agua, el propietario se reserva el derecho de reprogramar el chárter sin cargo adicional. Todos los pagos son finales y no reembolsables. El Capitán tiene la decisión final para determinar si un barco debe ser reprogramado debido a condiciones climáticas extremas. La lluvia no constituye motivo de cancelación o reprogramación.
POLÍTICAS
Bandozinc se reserva el derecho de cambiar esta política en cualquier momento. Esta declaración y las políticas descritas en este documento no pretenden ni crean ningún derecho contractual o legal en o en nombre de ninguna de las partes. RENUNCIAS Y OTRAS ACLARACIONES LEGALES
Los barcos, yates, jets privados y automóviles mostrados por Bandozinc son propiedad de particulares o empresas de alquiler y no de Bandozinc.com. Las embarcaciones y sus imágenes y especificaciones se muestran con el permiso de los propietarios.
Todos los contratos o acuerdos de embarcaciones se preparan de acuerdo con los formatos proporcionados por los propietarios individuales de las embarcaciones o sus representantes legales. Cada contrato o acuerdo de embarcación será entre el propietario de la embarcación o su representante y el cliente o el representante autorizado del cliente. Bandozinc no es un agente del propietario, sino que actúa como afiliado y conector autorizado para unir servicios y clientes.
Las especificaciones de cada embarcación, el inventario de juguetes acuáticos, los precios, los menús de comida y la información de la tripulación, cuando corresponda, que se muestran en este sitio web son proporcionados por los propietarios de las embarcaciones.
